Monitoring Requests
The Workflow Monitor roles allow users to view details about active and completed requests without disrupting the Workflow process. There are two types of Monitor roles: NTIA Monitor and Agency Requests. For example, if your agency is Navy, your monitor role will be called Navy Requests.
NTIA Monitor Role
The NTIA Monitor Role displays all active and completed requests from every agency utilizing the system. To access this role:
- Click on the
button in the upper left hand corner. - Click
then select 
to switch to the new dashboard.
Agency Request Monitoring Role
This role is specifically tailored for individual agencies. allowing users to view all active agency requests, completed requests pertinent to your particular agency, and all completed requests from other agencies.
